Orders are processed once payment has cleared into Lara Kaye's bank account. This typically takes 3 working days (Monday to Friday).
Processing times are on Lara Kaye's business days until 5 p.m. except on weekends and South African public holidays, when orders will be processed on the next working day.
Lara Kaye is constantly updating offers of products and services, and reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or ommissions at any time without prior notice.
Lara Kaye reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, errors in your order, or any other reason. Shipping Policy
Lara Kaye's printed products are packaged and shipped by courier to the customer by her trusted printing service providers.
☆ Delivery Location
Printed products offered in Lara Kaye's Artweb store are only available for delivery to addresses in South Africa, but not to P.O. Box or Private Bag addresses.
If you are buying a gift for family or friends, please enter the name and delivery address of the recipient in the assigned spaces, but supply your email address.
☆ Delivery Costs
Only for her Artweb store, delivery costs for printed products are included in the listed price, because Lara Kaye's products may be shipped by different printing service providers.
☆ Delivery Time
Multiple products ordered may be delivered in separate shipments and at different times.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Lara Kaye and her trusted printing and shipping service providers make every effort to fulfill your Artweb order within 15 working days of the date of the order. (Working day mean Monday to Friday, except South African public holidays.)
Important Notice: When Eskom implements load-shedding (interruption of electricity supply), response to orders placed or emails received may be delayed, and lead time increased.

Return and Refund Policy
Lara Kaye accepts requests for refunds for any reason up to 48 working day hours after the customer received the item(s).
Working day hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Refunds will NOT be considered for the following item(s):
* reduced price or sale item(s)
Original drawings, original paintings, and shipping fees on all products are non-refundable.
If the item(s) arrived damaged, if possible, when signing for the delivery, you should note the damage on the driver's docket, and make sure the driver signs against the notation. The customer must take a photograph of their note and the damage.
Contact Lara Kaye immediately or within 48 working day hours of delivery with details of the item(s) and the reason for requesting a refund, via
https://larakaye.artweb.com/contact. Lara Kaye will reply with an email to notify the customer of receipt of your message and a return address.
Item(s) must be returned to Lara Kaye or her printing service providers within 7 working days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
A request for a refund will only be accepted if
* the returned item(s) is received within 7 working days of initial delivery to the customer, and
* if the returned item(s), once inspected, is found to be in perfect condition, unless the reason for return is damage.
The customer will be contacted and informed if their request for a refund is accepted or rejected.
If accepted, Lara Kaye will then immediately start the process of refunding the customer through PayFast or PayPal.
In the event that a product cannot be printed on demand after an order for it is placed, a refund will be issued immediately.
